Lake Hamilton Curbside Cleanup Event: Oct. 10, 2026

Lake Hamilton residents can dispose of bulky items during a special curbside cleanup event on Saturday, October 10, 2026. Republic Services will provide the collection to help residents clear clutter and maintain the town's tidiness.

Residents should place accepted items at the curb by 6 a.m. on the day of the cleanup. Accepted items include general junk, mattresses, sofas, chairs, desks, couches, lamps, appliances and other large household goods. Households can dispose of up to four tires without rims.

The city will not collect construction debris, hazardous waste (including paint, batteries, chemicals, solvents, asbestos items, motor oil, antifreeze) or food waste. Residents should place materials at the curb no more than two days before the event and should not assist the collection crew.

The city encourages residents to donate usable items to local charities. The cleanup aims to keep Lake Hamilton a clean and clutter-free environment.
