ServiceNet Outpatient Clinics Win Best in Valley Award

ServiceNet's outpatient mental health clinics, including its Pittsfield location, won The Valley Advocate's "Best of the Valley 2026" readers' poll for the second consecutive year.

The network operates clinics in Greenfield, Northampton, Amherst, Pittsfield, Springfield, Chicopee, Holyoke, Westfield, and Easthampton. Services include individual and group therapy, couples and family counseling, medication management, and substance use recovery treatment. Specialized programs include Dialectical Behavior Therapy and treatment for obsessive-compulsive disorder.

River Valley Counseling Center joined ServiceNet in July 2025, with all ServiceNet outpatient clinics integrating with RVCC in February 2026. RVCC provides school-based outpatient services and operates a Children's Behavioral Health Initiative team. The Northampton location offers treatments for treatment-resistant depression, including transcranial magnetic stimulation and esketamine treatment.
