Pinellas Park residents can engage in a variety of library programs throughout September. The library announced a schedule of events designed for young learners and adults, offering opportunities for creativity, exploration and community.
For younger residents, the library hosted a Teen Take-Home Kit on Monday, September 14, featuring a Jellyfish Suncatcher Craft. Also on September 14, a Read, Create, Explore! session included a Flip Book activity.
Toddlers and their caregivers had several opportunities to participate. On Tuesday, September 15, the Read! Sing! Play! Toddlertime program presented "A Circus of Color" for ages 12 to 23 months. A similar session for children aged 24 to 35 months, also titled "A Circus of Color," occurred on Wednesday, September 16.
Adults and older children could attend specialized workshops. On Tuesday, September 15, the library offered a session on Exploring Electronic Sound. That same day also featured Community Crafting: Eco Art, which encouraged creative reuse of materials.
