Pinellas Park residents now have more convenient options for sending packages with FedEx's expanded drop-off network. The shipping company has increased its accessible locations for pre-labeled shipments across the city.
The expansion aims to accommodate busy schedules, allowing individuals to drop off packages quickly. Residents can choose from thousands of locations, including FedEx Office, FedEx Ship Centers, FedEx Authorized ShipCenters, and FedEx Drop Boxes. Many retail partners, such as Walgreens and Dollar General, and select grocery stores also serve as drop-off points, with some offering 24-hour access.
To drop off a package, customers should pack and securely seal their shipments, ensuring all old labels are blacked out. Packages must weigh 55 pounds or less and have a shipping label attached to the largest surface. For customers without a printer, FedEx offers a mobile solution. Using the FedEx Mobile app, users can create a shipping label on their phone and generate a barcode. Staff at FedEx Office or participating FedEx Ship Centers can scan this barcode and print the label.
For returns, customers with a FedEx-issued QR code can visit FedEx Office or participating Walgreens locations. Staff will scan the QR code at the counter and print the shipping label.
FedEx also provides packing assistance at many locations. Items packed by FedEx Office are covered by the FedEx Office Packing Pledge. Smaller packages, measuring 20 inches by 12 inches by 6 inches or less, can be placed in a FedEx Drop Box. There are no additional fees for dropping off packages at any of these locations.
