The Treasure Island Code Enforcement Board will meet Wednesday, Aug. 19, 2026, at 11 a.m. at 10451 Gulf Boulevard. The board will address property violation cases and review its draft rules.
The agenda includes standard opening procedures like the Pledge of Allegiance, roll call and approval of minutes. The board will administer witness oaths and explain hearing procedures. The board will also disclose ex parte communications.
Old business includes long-standing cases PROP-006904-2026 at 124 86th Ave., FLOOD-005707-2025 at 11280 4th Street E., LANDSCAPE-006641-2025 at 115 11th Ave., and CODE-005750-2025 at 10215 Tarpon Dr. The board will also review the "CEB Draft Rules," outlining operational guidelines.
