This new branding reflects the department's commitment to enhancing programs and services for the community. Mike Jefferis, Community Enrichment Administrator overseeing the St. Pete Parks & Rec Department, stated the new logo represents the department's future direction while honoring its strong foundation. "Things may change over time, but our core commitment to serving the community stays the same," Jefferis said. "Our new logo represents where we're headed while honoring the strong foundation we've built."
The updated design incorporates elements reflecting the City's history, community, vibrancy, innovation, and nature. This new visual identity aligns with the organization's long-term vision and ongoing efforts to improve experiences for the community.
