The Health Care for the Homeless (HCH) Co-Applicant Board reminds community members that it needs a quorum to conduct its monthly meetings. As the patient and community-based governing body, the board sets health center policy for the Healthcare for the Homeless Program on behalf of the Pinellas County Board of County Commissioners. This service supports communities from the beaches to neighborhoods like historic Kenwood.
To comply with the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), meetings require a quorum to be official. Without a quorum, meetings must be rescheduled, delaying policy decisions and program updates. Board members are urged to attend or send their designated alternates.
Monthly meetings for the current grant year, March 1, 2026, to February 28, 2027, are held virtually at 3 p.m. Participants can join via Microsoft Teams using meeting ID 243 727 567 808 94 and passcode ee68q8Uf. Those who prefer to call in can use +1 813-644-3116 and conference ID 622 045 87#.
The board encourages interested community members to participate and contribute to health center policies that impact homeless individuals in Pinellas County.
