Arthur Penny Sworn In for Second Term as Mayor

Arthur Penny took the oath of office Tuesday, March 10, beginning his second four-year term as mayor. Running unopposed, Penny faced no challengers in the election.
"There's still a lot of people to be helped," Penny said after the ceremony. "I want to make sure that I get to see a lot of it get done before I am finished."
Penny's term runs through 2030.
