Public Hearing Notice - Ordinance 24-0521 Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the City Council of the City of Schertz, Texas on Tuesday, April 9, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building, 1400 Schertz Parkway, Schertz, Texas, at which time all interested persons shall have the right to appear and be heard, concerning the following proposed Ordinance: Ordinance 24-0521 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE UNIFIED DEVELOPMENT CODE OF THE CITY OF SCHERTZ, TEXAS, BY AMENDING CHAPTER 154 "LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS", ARTICLE 154.07 "LANDSCAPING AND TREE PRESERVATION"; PROVIDING FOR A REPEALING CLAUSE; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
