Our clinic hours are changing! You can view up to date hours for each location here. Please review the new schedule before your visit, as service and walk-in times may be different. Walk-in services are available as capacity allows. Wait times and availability may vary based on the number of patients seeking services each day.
Pima County Health Department offers several high-quality health services across multiple clinic locations staffed by licensed medical professionals. We welcome anyone and provide confidential, judgement-free support. If you need services not provided at our clinics, please fill out our Health Referral Form and one of our Health Navigators will reach out within 7 business days.
Clinic Hours and Locations
Clinic hours vary by location. All clinics are closed between noon – 1 p.m. daily and every first Thursday of the month.

Visit the East Clinic, Northwest Clinic or Theresa Lee Public Health Center for wellness checks and screenings, including:
Blood pressure checks
Height and weight measurements
Immunizations
Tuberculosis skin tests
Screening and referral for tobacco/nicotine quit resources, mental health, and substance use treatment
Referrals for primary care and low-cost dental services
Telehealth treatment services for COVID-19 or substance use
You can also pick up health supplies:
COVID-19 at-home tests
Menstrual supplies
Condoms
Harm reduction supplies like Narcan and clean syringes

Sexual Health
Our clinics provide family planning, birth control and comprehensive services to prevent and treat the spread of sexually transmitted infections. We can provide guidance related to HIV, including Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) and Post-Exposure Prophylaxis.

immunizations
Our clinics offer immunizations for children and adults, including routine vaccinations as well as seasonal vaccines like COVID-19 and flu. We do not offer vaccinations for international travel. Please bring your immunization records, insurance, or AHCCCS cards.

Tuberculosis
Services are by appointment only. Please call 520-724-8491 for more information.
The TB Control Program provides:
Provider-to-provider consultations.
Medical evaluations for suspected tuberculosis cases.
Medical management for people diagnosed with active tuberculosis.
Evaluation and treatment services for people who are in contact with people diagnosed with TB.
Resources to providers who serve high-risk populations.
Disease surveillance and reporting.
Community training/ education.
Well Woman HealthCheck
The Theresa Lee Public Health Center provides free breast and cervical cancer screenings for uninsured or underinsured women in Arizona.

There are multiple clinic locations that support the local Women, Infants and Children (WIC) program.

You can visit the Abrams Public Health Center to request birth/death certificates, register a home birth, or get information on applications/forms and valid forms of identification.

Provider Referrals
Our clinics have implemented an easy and efficient online referral process for other health providers and clinics to refer their patients to us for care.
Please fill out the External Providers Referral Form and someone from our clinic staff will contact the referred patient within 3 business days. If you have any questions throughout the referral process, you can email our referral team at [email protected].
