JOIN US: September 24 for a community forum for mobile vendors! This is a great opportunity to learn how to keep your operation running smoothly and safely, whether you operate a food truck, trailer, or cart. We’ll cover the differences between Type 1, 2, and 3 mobile food units and what each type is allowed to do. Bring your questions – we’ll address the most-common concerns mobile vendors have. We will discuss: What to expect when starting a mobile food business Best practices for running a safe and compliant food truck The most-common issues we saw among mobile vendors last year How to stay inspection-ready throughout the year The hybrid event offers the option to attend either in person or virtually. The class size is limited to 24 participants. Permit Applications Applications for permits and guidelines for food establishments, caterers, and limited food manufacturers are available online. Please call us at 520-724-7908 to discuss plan review submissions. An appointment will be scheduled to provide additional assistance if in-person assistance is needed.
