Hillsborough Residents Invited to Shape ARPA Funding Priorities
Orange County is seeking public input regarding the remaining American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding.
Orange County is seeking public input regarding the remaining American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding. Orange County received $22.5 million in ARPA funds and has allocated a portion to various projects. Approximately $10 million remains and the County is seeking input from the community on how to best utilize these funds. The County is hosting two community meetings to gather input: Thursday, July 11, 2024 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Hillsborough Campus of Durham Tech 171 Elizabeth Brady Road, Hillsborough Monday, July 15, 2024 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Whitted Building 300 W. Tryon Street, Hillsborough Residents can also provide input through an online survey available on the County’s website.
