TOWN OF CENTRAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of the Town of Central will conduct a public hearing on a proposed amendment to the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Central. The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, April 16, 2024, at 6:00 PM at Central Town Hall, 108 W. Main Street, Central, SC 29630. The proposed amendment involves changes to the minimum lot size and setback requirements for single-family dwellings in the R-7.5 (Residential) zoning district. Details of the proposed amendment are available for public inspection at Central Town Hall during normal business hours.
