TOWN OF CENTRAL PUBLIC HEARINGS NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Town of Central will hold two public hearings to receive comments on the following proposed amendment to the Town’s Zoning Ordinance: AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE TOWN OF CENTRAL ZONING ORDINANCE TO REVISE REGULATIONS REGARDING PERMITTED USES TO REVISE REGULATIONS REGARDING MINI-WAREHOUSES/SELF-STORAGE FACILITIES WITHIN THE C-2 (GENERAL COMMERCIAL) ZONING DISTRICT. The public hearings will be held at 6:30 p.m. on June 11th, 2024 and June 25th, 2024 at Central Town Hall, 106 Friddell Street, Central, SC 29630. The proposed ordinance is available for review at Central Town Hall during normal business hours.
