Very interesting and I look forward to hearing more about the committee. How many people will be on the committee? How will we apply? How will applications be approved? Looking back at previous comprehensive plans, it looks like the previous one came out in August 2017, and the one before that in Decemeber 2007. Judging from these timelines, I assume it will be more than a year before the new plan goes out, and probably six months before the committee needs to start regular meetings.
