Carol Ann Boatner March 11, 1946 - March 29, 2024 Carol Ann Boatner, age 78, of Pensacola, Florida passed away on Friday, March 29, 2024. Carol was born in Canton, OH on March 11, 1946, to parents, Robert and Pearl Richards. Carol was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend. She was a member of Pine Forest United Methodist Church. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed reading, traveling, and watching hummingbirds. Carol is preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her loving husband of 59 years, Larry Boatner; children, Larry Boatner Jr. (Tracey), Kevin Boatner (Denise), and Shawn Boatner; grandchildren, Blake Boatner (Jessica), Samantha Boatner, Nicholas Boatner, and Joshua Boatner; great-grandchildren, Riley Boatner, and Kennedy Boatner; along with numerous other family members and friends. A memorial service for Carol will be held at 2:00pm on Friday, April 5, 2024, at Pensacola Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home. The family would like to thank Covenant Care Hospice for their loving care and compassion. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Covenant Care Hospice or Pine Forest United Methodist Church.
