A Dense Fog Advisory is in effect until 10:00 AM EDT today, September 30, 2026. The National Weather Service (NWS) Charleston SC has issued this advisory for portions of southeast Georgia, impacting Jenkins, Screven, Candler, Bulloch, Tattnall, Evans, Long, Inland Bryan, Inland Liberty, and Inland McIntosh counties.

Visibility in affected areas is less than one mile due to dense fog. These conditions can make driving hazardous. Drivers are urged to slow down, use their headlights, and maintain plenty of distance from other vehicles.

The advisory was issued at 8:52 AM EDT and will remain in effect until 10:00 AM EDT today.
