Blocker responded to a call about an armed individual who had threatened shoppers and expressed suicidal intentions. Upon locating the suspect, the individual fired a shot into the air. Blocker maintained composure and tactical awareness in the dangerous situation.

Blocker de-escalated the situation, gained compliance at gunpoint and safely apprehended the suspect until backup arrived. His actions prevented potential loss of life and ensured the safety of the public and fellow deputies.
