Parkland residents can access a vast digital library of eBooks, audiobooks, movies, TV shows, and comics using their Parkland Library card. The library provides access to two primary digital platforms, HooplaDigital and Cloud Library, offering extensive collections for cardholders.

These services allow residents to browse, borrow, and read or stream content directly from their mobile devices, tablets, or computers. Accessing these resources requires a Parkland Library card number and the last four digits of the phone number used to set up the library card, which serves as a PIN.

HooplaDigital offers a diverse range of multimedia content, including audiobooks, eBooks, music, movies, television shows, and comics. Users can download the HooplaDigital app to access its collection. Cloud Library focuses specifically on eBooks, providing a streamlined experience for browsing, borrowing, and reading digital books.

Beyond the library's direct offerings, residents can also explore free eBook resources that do not require a library card. Project Gutenberg, for instance, provides over 54,000 free eBooks accessible on various devices without any registration. Open Library, another resource, functions as a massive catalog of books available in libraries worldwide and grants access to thousands of eBooks with a free account.
