Ageless Grace Fitness Comes to Parkland Library Oct 7

The Parkland Library will host the Ageless Grace Brain and Body fitness program on Oct. 7, 2026. The chair-based workout is designed for all ages and mobility levels.

Parkland residents can soon improve their physical and mental well-being through the Ageless Grace Brain and Body fitness workout at the Parkland Library. The program is scheduled for Oct. 7, 2026, from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

This accessible program is designed for all ages and conducted entirely from a chair, accommodating varying mobility levels. Participants will move to music with an easy-to-follow routine that benefits both mind and body.

To register for the Ageless Grace workout, a Parkland Library card is required. Interested individuals can register on the city's library website at www.cityofparkland.org/library or by calling the library at (954) 757-4214. Early registration is encouraged.
