Locations impacted include... Parkersburg, Elizabeth, Mineralwells, Cherry, Peewee, Belleville, Walker, Nutter Farm, Petroleum, Palestine, Lucille, Freeport, Greencastle, Morristown, Creston, Davisville, Rockport, Brohard, Macfarlan, and Munday.
This includes the following highways... Interstate 77 in West Virginia between mile markers 152 and 174. Route 50 in West Virginia between mile markers 12 and 27.
