NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Governing Body of the City of Paola, Kansas, will hold a public hearing to consider the request to vacate a utility easement located at 1201 E. Miami Street, Paola, Kansas. The public hearing will be held during the Governing Body meeting on Monday, April 15th, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 19 E. Peoria Street, Paola, Kansas. All interested parties may attend and will be given an opportunity to be heard.
