2024 Town of Horseheads Hydrant Flushing Schedule The Town of Horseheads Water Department will be flushing fire hydrants throughout the Town beginning April 29, 2024. The flushing will continue for approximately three weeks. Residents may experience temporary discoloration or cloudiness of their water during this flushing.
