The Emerald Coast Utilities Authority (ECUA) provides potable (drinking) water services to approximately 75,000 metered connections in Escambia County, Florida. ECUA operates and maintains a modern water treatment plant and distribution system. Our mission is to provide our customers with a safe and reliable supply of drinking water at a reasonable cost, while protecting our natural resources.
