NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the City Council of the City of Jacksonville Beach, Florida, will hold a Public Hearing on the following Ordinance at the time and location provided below: Ordinance 2024-33 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2023-2024 BUDGET TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS FOR COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE LAND AND WATER CONSERVATION FUND GRANT AGREEMENT FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF IMPROVEMENTS AND RENOVATIONS TO SOUTH BEACH PARK; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. The Public Hearing will be held on Monday, July 15, 2024, at 7:05 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 11 North Third Street, Jacksonville Beach, Florida. All interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard regarding the proposed Ordinance. A copy of the Ordinance may be obtained from the City Clerk’s Office at City Hall, 11 North Third Street, Jacksonville Beach, Florida.
