PUBLIC NOTICE CITY OF NICEVILLE PUBLIC HEARING ORDINANCE NO. 2024-XX NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Niceville City Council will conduct a public hearing on the following proposed ordinance: ORDINANCE NO. 2024-XX: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NICEVILLE, FLORIDA, AMENDING CHAPTER [CHAPTER NUMBER] OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES RELATING TO [SUBJECT OF ORDINANCE, E.G., ZONING REGULATIONS FOR COMMERCIAL DISTRICTS]. DATE: Tuesday, April 23, 2024 TIME: 7:00 PM PLACE: City Hall Council Chambers, 201 Partin Drive North, Niceville, FL 32578 The purpose of this ordinance is to [briefly state the purpose and impact of the ordinance, e.g., to revise setback requirements for new construction in the C-2 zoning district to encourage pedestrian-friendly development]. A copy of the proposed ordinance is available for public inspection at the City Clerk's office during regular business hours and on the City's website at www.fl-niceville.civicplus.com.
