NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY COMMISSION CITY OF LONGWOOD, FLORIDA Notice is hereby given that the City Commission of the City of Longwood, Florida, will conduct a public hearing to consider the following: ORDINANCE 2024-15 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LONGWOOD, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CITY’S CODE OF ORDINANCES, CHAPTER 66, “LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE,” ARTICLE IV, “DISTRICT REGULATIONS,” DIVISION 5, “SUPPLEMENTAL DISTRICT REGULATIONS,” SECTION 66-192, “VACATION RENTALS,” TO AMEND THE MINIMUM SEPARATION REQUIREMENT FOR VACATION RENTALS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. The public hearing will be held on June 17, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Commission Chamber, 175 West Warren Avenue, Longwood, Florida, 32750. All interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard with respect to the proposed ordinance. The proposed ordinance is available for inspection at the City Clerk’s Office, 175 West Warren Avenue, Longwood, Florida, during regular business hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Any person with a disability requiring reasonable accommodation in order to participate in this meeting should contact the City Clerk at 407-260-3461 at least 48 hours prior to the meeting to request such accommodation.
