Larimer County property owners who pay their taxes in a single installment must submit full payment by April 30, 2026, County Treasurer & Public Trustee Irene Josey said.
The deadline applies to taxpayers who do not have a mortgage company handle their property taxes and choose to pay in one lump sum rather than two installments.
