NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the City of Oldsmar, Florida, will conduct a Public Hearing to consider the following item: Consideration of the Leland Street Rehabilitation Project. The project consists of resurfacing, base repair, and sidewalk improvements on Leland Street from Tampa Road to St. Petersburg Drive. The Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, June 4, 2024, at 7:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 100 State Street West, Oldsmar, Florida 34677. All interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard with respect to the item. The meeting will be held in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. Auxiliary aids and services are available upon request with at least 48 hours advance notice. Please contact the City Clerk at 813-749-1115 if such assistance is needed. Anyone wishing to appeal any decision made by the City Council with respect to any matter considered at this meeting will need a record of the proceedings and, for such purpose, may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. In accordance with the requirements of Florida Statutes Section 286.0105, be advised that if a person decides to appeal any decision made by the board, agency, or commission with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
