NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Zephyrhills City Council on October 14, 2024, at 6:00 PM at City Hall, 5335 8th Street, Zephyrhills, FL 33542, to consider adoption of the following-described amendments to the City’s Comprehensive Plan: Ordinance 1383- The Planning Department has proposed amendments to the Future Land Use Map (FLUM) designation from Pasco County FLU of R-1 (Residential) to the City of Zephyrhills FLU of MDR (Medium Density Residential) for properties generally located west of US 301, north of Eiland Boulevard, and south of Fairway Drive and Land O’ Lakes Boulevard. Ordinance 1384- The Planning Department has proposed text amendments to the City of Zephyrhills Comprehensive Plan concerning the topics of Future Land Use, Transportation, Housing, Infrastructure, Conservation, Recreation and Open Space, Intergovernmental Coordination, and Capital Improvements. ALL INTERESTED PERSONS may appear and be heard at the aforementioned hearing. The proposed ordinances may be inspected by the public at the City Clerk’s Office, 5335 8th Street, Zephyrhills, FL 33542, during normal business hours.
