Notifications are posted on the Town Website, sent to ticket holders who purchased through the Eventbrite platform, displayed on highway message boards, and shared on the Acton Recreation Facebook page as well as the Acton Recreation website.  Decisions for cancelations for forecasted weather are made by 3 p.m. on the day of the event, unless something happens unexpectedly that would cause such a last minute change like a pop-up severe storm.Acton Recreation does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, sex, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, disability or homelessness.
