Wellington residents can enjoy the Annual Fall Festival on Saturday, Oct. 17, at Village Park. The event runs from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. at 11700 Pierson Road and promises "spooky surprises and fa-boo-lously fun activities" for families.

Admission to the festival grounds is free. Families participating in activities need all-access bracelets. Advance purchase bracelets cost $7 for children and $5 for adults through Friday, Oct. 16. On festival day, children's bracelets cost $10 and adult bracelets remain $5. Children ages 2 and under enter free.

Activities requiring an adult bracelet include the Dryvebox golf and games simulator, HADO Halloween Battle, Haunted Hallways, laser tag, and hayrides. A child's bracelet grants access to costume contests, bounce houses, face painting, food trucks, DJ music and dancing, a petting zoo, and trick-or-treating while supplies last. Attendees should bring their own bags for trick-or-treating.

Bracelets are available in person at the Wellington Community Center, 12150 Forest Hill Boulevard, or at Village Park. Online purchases are available at wellingtonfl.gov/CivicRec. Tickets can be redeemed in advance or at the "Will Call" tent on the day of the festival.

The Mall at Wellington Green sponsors a free shuttle from the Palm Tran bus stop near Macy's, beginning at 2:30 p.m. Joe DiMaggio Children’s Health Specialty Center and 88.1 WayFM are featured sponsors. Assurance Power Systems, FPL, and The Mall at Wellington Green also provide support.
