The Osceola County Sheriff's Office has identified Elihu Jacob Lloyd as a transient in the Kissimmee area. Lloyd, born June 6, 1969, frequents the vicinity of East Carroll and Lucille streets near P-Lot OB Family Health facility.

Lloyd is described as a white male, 5'10" tall, weighing 180 pounds, with blond hair and blue eyes. Public records show convictions for sex battery of a child, failure to register as a sex predator, and failure to notify the sheriff's office.
