KISSIMMEE, Fla. – The Early Learning Coalition of Osceola County, Inc. launched a new online portal July 1, 2024, to streamline operations and improve communication for its contracted child care providers.
The Child Care Provider Portal allows providers to securely submit attendance records, access ELC updates and announcements, and manage their provider profiles. The platform also includes a secure messaging system for direct communication with ELC staff and enables providers to register for professional development training.
Lisa Bell, CEO of the Early Learning Coalition of Osceola County, Inc., said the portal will help local educators. “The new Child Care Provider Portal is a significant step forward in our efforts to streamline administrative tasks and improve communication,” Bell stated. “This will benefit both providers and the families they serve.”
The ELC previously announced plans for training sessions and webinars to help providers use the new system. Information is available on the ELC website and was distributed to contracted providers.
