Residents in Blount, Calhoun, Cherokee, Cleburne, and Etowah Counties should immediately secure all loose outdoor objects as a High Wind Warning has been issued by the National Weather Service in Birmingham, Alabama.

East winds are expected to reach 15 to 25 mph, with gusts up to 40 mph. These conditions are anticipated from 1 AM Saturday, October 10th, until 1 AM CDT Sunday, October 11th.
