Oldsmar Residents Access Nearby City Recreation Programs

Oldsmar residents with a valid recreation card can now use programs in Safety Harbor, Dunedin and Tarpon Springs at local rates. This partnership extends the same benefit to residents of those three cities, allowing them to participate in Oldsmar's recreation activities at resident prices.

The initiative aims to expand recreational opportunities for community members across the four cities. Facility rentals and city staff-led youth camps are excluded.

Oldsmar residents need a recreation card for these inter-city programs. An individual resident card costs $5.35, including tax. A family resident card costs $16.05.

Non-resident rates apply to residents of the partner cities if they do not purchase an Oldsmar card. An individual non-resident card costs $117.70, and a family non-resident card costs $256.80. A 6-month non-resident individual card is available for $69.55.

Residents can purchase recreation cards at the Cypress Forest Recreation Center, 650 Pine Avenue N., Oldsmar, FL 34677. Inquiries can be directed to 813-749-1152.

Oldsmar also offers an annual parking pass for city residents. The $2.68 pass is required for entry to the Cypress Forest Spray Park from March through October and the Mobbly Bayou Wilderness Preserve South Support (Beach) area.

To purchase the parking pass, Oldsmar residents must provide a copy of a water bill and vehicle registration.
