NOTICE OF FUNDING AVAILABILITY SHIP FUNDS Notice is hereby given that the City of Inverness has funds available through the State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) program to assist very low, low, and moderate income households. Applications will be accepted beginning June 3, 2024 and must be received no later than 4:30 p.m. on June 28, 2024. Funds may be used for rehabilitation, new construction, down payment assistance, mortgage buy-downs, and other eligible housing activities. Applications are available at City Hall, 212 W. Main Street, Inverness, or may be downloaded from the City’s website at www.inverness-fl.gov.
