INVITATION TO BID/ADVERTISEMENT ITB # 26-002 Harbour Drive North Drainage Improvements The Town of Ocean Ridge, a Florida municipal corporation ("Owner" hereafter) is soliciting bids from responsible and experienced entities to construct drainage improvements and incidental pavement restoration. This Invitation to Bid (ITB) may be downloaded at www.demandstar.com. All entities submitting a Bid in response to this ITB (hereafter "Bidders") shall register with demandstar.com for this bidding opportunity, which will enable the Bidders to download the bid documents, receive Addenda and other email notifications. To ensure receipt of the latest information and updates via email regarding this ITB, or if a Bidder has obtained this ITB from a third party or the Town's website, the onus is on the Bidder to register with demandstar for this bidding opportunity. Only registered bidders at demandstar.com can submit a Bid in response to this ITB. Time is of the essence and any Bid received after 3:00 p.m., June 11th, 2026, at demandstar.com or any other location or address will not be considered for award.
