This unique park offers a guarded swimming lagoon, playground, picnic areas, and restroom facilities. Fishing is popular off the pier and the park is world-renowned for its snorkeling and diving opportunities. An artificial reef was constructed in the snorkeling lagoon, and attracts a wide variety of marine life. Many dive operations conduct training and open water dives here."
