Beverly Hills Launches Historic Preservation Awards

The City of Beverly Hills has established a new Historic Preservation Awards Program to recognize individuals and organizations preserving the community's historic character. The program celebrates efforts in restoration, adaptive reuse, heritage education and contributions to the city's historic identity.

This program will shine a spotlight on the incredible efforts being made to protect and showcase our heritage for future generations."

Projects completed within the last two years are eligible. Nominations opened May 15, 2024, and close July 15, 2024. An independent committee will review all submissions.

Award recipients will be announced at a City Council meeting in the fall. "We encourage everyone to think about the buildings, stories, and efforts that embody our history and to nominate those who have gone above and beyond," said [Official's Title and Last Name, if known, otherwise remove or replace with 'a city official'].
