Hays Waterline Repair on Vine Street May 21

The City of Hays will repair a waterline on Vine Street between 27th and 32nd Streets beginning at 8 a.m. Tuesday, May 21. Crews expect to finish by day's end.

Motorists should use alternate routes during the work.
