Village Manager's Updates - June 7, 2024 Community Updates: Join the Wellington Community Foundation for a ‘Red, White, and Blue’ celebration on Thursday, July 3rd, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Wellington Community Center (12150 Forest Hill Boulevard). The event will feature live entertainment, food trucks, and activities for all ages. Admission is free, and all are welcome to attend! Traffic Alert: Wellington Half Marathon & 5K Wellington's Hometown Half Marathon & 5K is Saturday, June 8th! Expect road closures and increased traffic in the areas surrounding Village Park and Forest Hill Boulevard from approximately 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Playground Unveiling at Tiger Shark Cove Park Join us for the grand unveiling of the new playground at Tiger Shark Cove Park (13850 Greenbriar Boulevard) on Friday, June 14th at 10:00 AM! Enjoy a morning of fun, music, and activities as we celebrate the opening of this exciting new amenity.
