NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF CRESTVIEW, FLORIDA Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Crestview, Florida, will hold a Public Hearing at the City Hall Council Chambers, 198 N. Main Street, Crestview, Florida, at 5:30 P.M. on Monday, October 14, 2024, to consider the following: AN AMENDMENT TO THE FISCAL YEAR 2024 BUDGET SUMMARY: To amend the Fiscal Year 2024 Budget to adjust revenue and expenditure categories. All interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard with respect to the proposed Amendment to the Fiscal Year 2024 Budget. The proposed Amendment to the Fiscal Year 2024 Budget is available for inspection at the Office of the City Clerk, 198 N. Main Street, Crestview, Florida, during regular business hours, 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M., Monday through Friday. Any person who decides to appeal any decision of the City Council with respect to any matter considered at this meeting will need a record of the proceedings and for such purpose, may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. F.S. 286.0105. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and F.S. 286.26, persons with disabilities needing special accommodations to participate in this proceeding should contact the City Clerk’s Office no later than 48 hours prior to the proceeding at (850) 682-1560 for assistance.
