Pompano Beach Special Needs Ministry Offers Parent Respite

Pompano Beach parents of children with special needs found a welcome break Friday, May 10, thanks to the Special Needs Ministry. The ministry hosted a “Parent’s Night Out” event from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. in Hall 8.

The initiative provided parents an evening for themselves while fostering fellowship with others who understand the unique challenges and joys of raising children with special needs. Dinner was served to attendees.

The Special Needs Ministry also provided childcare for the children with special needs and their siblings during the event. Registration was required.
