Broward County Public Schools (BCPS) is observing National Hispanic Heritage Month from September 16 to October 25. The annual observance celebrates the histories, cultures, and contributions of American citizens whose ancestors hail from Spain, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Central and South America.
Broward Virtual Education (BVED) and Broward Technical Colleges (BTC) are participating in the observance to recognize the Hispanic community's rich heritage and impact within the school system and beyond.
