Residents in the Foothills and Valleys of the North Cascades, Island County, Lowlands of Western Skagit and Northwestern Snohomish Counties, Lowlands of Western Whatcom County, Downtown Everett / Marysville Area, and Shoreline / Lynnwood / South Everett Area are advised to exercise caution due to a Dense Fog Advisory.

The National Weather Service Seattle has issued this advisory, which is in effect until 10:00 AM PDT today, October 4th. Visibility is reported to be one half mile or less in dense fog, making driving conditions potentially hazardous.

If you are driving this morning, it is crucial to slow down, use your headlights, and maintain plenty of distance between your vehicle and others. These measures can help mitigate the risks associated with reduced visibility.
