Responsibilities Plan, implement, and evaluate child development experiences. Maintain a safe, diverse, and developmentally appropriate classroom. Support and advocate for families. Education & Experience Degree in early childhood education, child development, or related field with 12+ credits in child development or early childhood education. Minimum 2 years experience at a licensed preschool or similar setting. Knowledge of CT ELDS, NAEYC, and DPH/OEC licensing preferred.
