
North Port Commission Votes on Industrial Maintenance Contract

North Port residents can expect continued maintenance and repair services for city industrial facilities after a City Commission vote scheduled for Tuesday, October 6, 2026. The commission will consider approving a contract with H2 Enviro Solutions LLC, doing business as H2Solutions, for industrial maintenance and repair services on an as-needed basis.
The proposed contract, item 4.K on the consent agenda, would allow the city to utilize an existing contract established by Manatee County, Florida, Contract No. 25-R086189ED. H2Solutions would provide services for an amount not to exceed $500,000 annually. The contract term ends April 14, 2028.
The City Manager would have authorization to approve any modifications, renewals, or terminations of the contract, in concurrence with Manatee County.
