"A public hearing will be held before the City Commission of the City of Safety Harbor, Florida, at City Hall, 750 Main Street, Safety Harbor, Florida, on Monday, September 9, 2024, at 7:00 p.m., to consider the following item: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAFETY HARBOR, FLORIDA, PROVIDING FOR AMENDMENTS TO THE CITY’S COMPREHENSIVE PLAN PURSUANT TO SECTION 163.3191, FLORIDA STATUTES; PROVIDING FOR ADOPTION OF THE 2024 EVALUATION AND APPRAISAL REPORT (EAR)-BASED AMENDMENTS TO THE CITY’S COMPREHENSIVE PLAN; PROVIDING FOR TRANSMITTAL TO THE STATE LAND PLANNING AGENCY; PROVIDING FOR REPEAL OF CONFLICTING ORDINANCES; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
