Kathryn M. Demko, 70 of Whitehall passed away peacefully at LVH – Muhlenberg on April 13, 2026. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Louis and Joan (Luciano) Ivankovits.She was the wife of the late Michael A. Demko, with whom she shared 32 years of marriage prior to his passing in June of 2018.Kathy was retired from the Whitehall Sewer Authority. She was a loving, kind and outgoing person. She always kept herself busy and active. Above all she was an amazing mother to her two children. She enjoyed the shore, the outdoors and animals. Her compassion, smile and generous spirit will be missed by all who knew and loved her.Survivors include her beloved children Zachary of Seattle, WA and Rachel of Bethlehem, brother Michael and wife Machelle Ivankovits, many nieces, nephews and friends.Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
